1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Toner Vision (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our services.

2. Services

Toner Vision provides printer repair, maintenance, toner refilling, and rental services. We reserve the right to withdraw or modify our services at any time without prior notice.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed. Refunds for defective parts or services will be handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with consumer protection laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Toner Vision and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
