About Toner Vision

A printer repair workshop in Kalkaji, South Delhi, serving offices across Delhi NCR. We fix machines other people have written off, refill cartridges properly, and rent out printers to teams who would rather not own them.

What we actually do

Most of our work is unglamorous and specific: a machine that jams on every third page, a cartridge that prints grey instead of black, an office of twelve printers where two are always broken. We repair laser and inkjet printers and multifunction machines, refill toner cartridges, run annual maintenance contracts, and rent out machines by the month.

We work on all major brands — HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Samsung, Ricoh and Kyocera among them. Where a fault is not economic to repair we say so rather than quoting for work that does not make sense on a machine of that age.

The four parts that account for most faults

Printer repair sounds mysterious until you see where things go wrong. Almost everything a workshop deals with is one of four assemblies wearing out, and knowing which one is failing is most of the job.

Cutaway diagram of a laser printer showing the paper path from the tray past the pickup roller, the toner cartridge and drum, the transfer roller below it, and the heated fuser at the exit.
The paper path through a laser printer. The pickup roller feeds the sheet, the drum writes the image, the transfer roller pulls toner onto the page, and the fuser melts it in. Four parts, and between them the large majority of the faults we see.
  • Pickup roller. Glazes with age and stops gripping paper. The single most common cause of repeat misfeeds.
  • Cartridge and drum. Faint print, streaks and repeating marks down the page usually start here.
  • Transfer roller. When it weakens, toner never fully reaches the paper and everything prints pale.
  • Fuser. Runs hot to melt toner into the sheet. When it fails you get smearing you can rub off with a thumb.

If any of that sounds like your machine, the printer care guides walk through diagnosing each one before you spend money.

How we work

On site or at the workshop

Small machines are often quicker to carry in. Heavy multifunction units and network faults are better handled where they stand. We do both, and will tell you which makes sense for your machine.

Diagnosis before a quote

Symptoms map to faults many-to-many, so a price given over the phone is an estimate of a guess. We look at the machine, then tell you what the part is and what kind of part it is.

4-hour average response

Across Delhi NCR. An average across working hours, not a guarantee on any single call — traffic and distance are real.

A registered business

GSTIN 07ARIPK3479N1Z4, with a walk-in workshop you can visit. Proper invoices, which matters when the machine belongs to a company.

Where we work

The workshop is in Kalkaji, which puts us minutes from Nehru Place, Greater Kailash, Saket and Okhla. We travel across the wider NCR for repairs, AMC visits and rentals, including Gurugram, Noida, Faridabad and Ghaziabad.

Talk to us about a machine

Tell us the make, the model and what it is doing. That is usually enough for us to say what is involved before anyone travels.
