You can bring the machine to us
Everywhere else on this site, the conversation is about a technician travelling to you. In Kalkaji there is a second option that is often faster: carry it in. For a desktop laser or a box of cartridges, walking a printer round to the workshop frequently gets it looked at sooner than scheduling a visit, and you get to talk to the person actually working on it.
That matters most for the awkward cases — the intermittent fault that never happens while someone is watching, or the machine where the sensible next step is a strip-down on a bench rather than a diagnosis balanced on an office desk. Being able to leave it with us and collect it later removes the pressure to reach a conclusion in one visit.
Finding us
We are at A-129, Double Storey, Besides Sant Sweets, Kalkaji, New Delhi, Delhi 110019, India — on the Double Storey stretch, next to Sant Sweets, which is the landmark most people navigate by. Govindpuri and Kalkaji Mandir are the nearest metro stations. If you are coming from Nehru Place it is a short hop; from the Outer Ring Road side, come in past the temple. Who we look after locally
Kalkaji is a genuine mix, and the printers reflect it. The DDA blocks and the residential colonies mean a steady stream of household and home-office machines — a single laser or inkjet that has to work when it is needed and gets little attention otherwise. Around the local markets and Kalkaji Extension there are small businesses, chemists, agencies and practices running one or two machines with no IT support at all.
Then there are the offices, both here and immediately around us, that run several machines and would rather have one number to call than a different vendor each time something jams. Different needs entirely: the first group wants a fault fixed cheaply and honestly, the second wants the problem to stop being their problem, which is what an annual contract is for.
The advantage of a local workshop
Being based here rather than dispatching from across the city changes what is practical. Collecting cartridges for refilling and dropping them back is routine rather than a special arrangement. A machine that needs a part we do not have on the van is a short trip, not a rescheduled day. And for anything that genuinely belongs on a bench, the bench is minutes away rather than the other side of Delhi.
Before you come in
Call first. Not because you need an appointment, but because for a good share of faults we can tell you on the phone whether it is worth carrying the machine at all — some are a settings problem, some are a cartridge you can source locally, and some are genuinely not worth repairing. Bringing the power cable and a failed print with you helps; the machine without its cable cannot be tested.
